Chain Reaction

Inspired by M. Micallef Gntonic

Chain Reaction is a Woody Spicy fragrance for men.

This scent aims to encapsulate the refreshing essence of a gin and tonic cocktail, blending various aromatic notes to create a unique olfactory experience.

The fragrance features a complex structure with distinct top, middle, and base notes.

The initial impression of the top notes, contribute to a fresh and effervescent opening that captures the essence of a classic gin and tonic.

As the fragrance develops, it transitions into heart notes of Cedar, Cypriol Oil (Nagarmotha), Nutmeg, Orange Blossom, and Lily-of-the-Valley. This combination adds depth and complexity to the scent profile.

The dry down consists of Vetiver, Moss, Sandalwood, White Musk, and Amber. These notes provide a warm and earthy foundation that balances the freshness of the top notes.

This review is a little skewed. Scent-wise it’s close to a 5. This is one of those mood enhancer fragrances. Very zingy and uplifting, like you’d expect something cloning Gntonic to be. I’ve received a couple of compliments and I think it’s full bottle worthy. The knocks come from the 10ml size bottle. It leaks and if you’re not careful when taking off the cap, you can unscrew the top by accident, causing a spill. I have the same problem with another travel atomizer from KG. I hope it’s not the same with the bigger bottles. Could probably be an easy fix. Fantastic scent, though.
