Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions which constitutes our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping 

Kings Gate Fragrances offers shipping to all 50 U.S states, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands.

• Processing time usually takes from 3 to 5 days from time order was placed.  (Processing time is not equivalent to shipping time, this is simply the time it takes to pack your order)
• Processing takes place Monday through Friday 8am till 4pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays.
• As soon as your order is processed you will receive your personalized tracking number.

Standard USPS shipping usually takes 2 – 5 business days in transit, depending on the destination. (Shipping times are subject to change during major U.S holidays)

Please ensure to track your item using the tracking number provided to you – as we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  If your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS for further assistance and provide your tracking information.

“In rare cases we may simply opt to replace the item/or items free or charge, however this will be handled on a case by case basis (this is after all other methods of recourse have failed ).”

International Shipping 

We currently do not offer International Shipping, however we hope to do so in the near future.
